Phu Quoc hotel review: Lily house

Phu Quoc hotel review: Lily house – Homestay on Airbnb

This homestay is one of our favorites in Phu Quoc island. So We would like to write a short review about it and give readers some idea about the house as well as its location.

The hotel located at Ham Ninh hamlet and quite far away from Duong Dong and other parts of the island. Quite secluded and located at the hill side surrounded by a forst of trees. The owner farm mangros and some other tropical fruits and flowers. It’s hidden from the road by those trees. Visitors can easily get past it without noticing. One tip to find the house is look at the beach side and look for corsiana resort. It’s just right on the other side of the road.

The house is beautiful and clean. The owner is friendly and give you some complimentary and 2 big bottle of water. She is quite informative and can give you some travel advice and some destinations that you should visit during your stay there. It’s a bonus if you love nature and birds. Every morning, some forest birds will be chirping around the house. But also keep in mind that there must be some animal around the house scratching or jumping on the roof. So don’t panic.

If you take a ferry from Rach Gia City. It will take about 20 minutes to get to the house since the clay road is still being paved over. It takes at least 40 minutes to get to Duong Dong. So if you are looking for a place to get away, then this place is an amazing place. If not, you must look for some where else.

It cost about 1.450.000 VND (about 60-70$) /per night. It’s a good price to rent this entire house and spend your alone time there.
